Bowling, anyone?

I adore this cute little bowling set that I made for The Twinery's owner, Nicole who had a baby boy a few months ago.  These were so fun to stitch up and are filled with soft fiber fill.  I put a circle of chipboard on the bottom of each pin to help them stand up.  Wrapped some twine around the neck of each pin and adhered it with a dab of glue.  The set is really fun to play with and I will be making these again.  Hope he loves them Nicole.  Be sure to check out The Twinery for these and other lovely colors.

Busy as a Bee Quilting

Made this one at Emma's Quilt Cupboard.  Not sure what I am doing with it yet.

This one is for Kathy's daughter who is turning 16 soon.

This is for my sister Cheryl.

This one is for Lil who just had her knee replaced.

This one is for my dad.  Can't wait to see it quilted.

This one is for Zola, sssshhh, it's a surprise.

This is a table runner that I made for my mom.

This is Brennan's graduation quilt.  I was so honored to make this for him.  I asked him if he wanted one for school and he said yes.  He's a great kid.
You could say that I have been a bit busy making quilts.  I am having the time of my life.  I love creating with fabric and making gifts for my loved one's.  May be you are next, never can tell.

House of Cards Blog Hop

Welcome to our end of DT term blog hop.  Below is the photo inspiration and your card can be of any style.  Be sure to hop along and leave comments at every blog for a chance at some fabulous prizes.  Next you will be going to Donna's blog to see her classic style creation based on this photo.  Happy hopping.

This is such a fun stamp set and a wonderful stamp company called Paper Sweeties.  I used a set called Home Sweet Home.  I loved it because you can literally create your own house and yard.

It is always so hard to find masculine stamps and these guitars from Inspired by Stamping are just fabulous.  This is the father's day card for my step-father, who is the best dad in the whole world.  I am so lucky to have him and my kids adore him.  This is an awesome set called guitars and they sell a cut file as well.  Wish I had gotten that as well, going to have to go buy it now.  Be sure to check out the Inspired by Stamping store.
