3/13/12 Splitcoast Stampers Sketch Challenge SC375

I made this card for Splitcoast Stampers Sketch Challenge SC375.  I used a brand spankin' new image from Inky Impressions Stamps called Rainbow Pot of Gold with Clouds and Sun.  You can find this image as well as the sentiment in the digital stamp section of the Inky Impressions Store.  I love Nicole's work and working with Inky images are such fun.
Don't forget that we are sponsored all this month by The Robin's Nest.  I used one of the Dew Drops on my sun and they are such fun to work with.  Remember also to visit the challenge blog and play along with the current Luck of the Irish use green challenge to win a fabulous prize from The Robin's Nest.
Thanks for looking and have a great day.

3/7/12 Life is Short, Eat the Icing First Challenge Card

Hi everyone:
Happy Wednesday.  I made a card that I am using for two challenges today.  I used a sketch from Deconstructing Jen.  You can check her sketches out at Deconstructing Jen, they are amazing and I like to play along when I can.
The second challenge that I am submitting this card for is for Cards Magazine Weekly Card Challenge and you can find all the information at Create Cards Challenge Gallery.  Paige comes up with such fun challenges every week.  This week's challenge was to use confetti on a card.  Nothing says party to me like confetti so I spent over an hour trimming little pieces of paper to be the sprinkles/confetti on my dear little girl's cupcake.  I then put glossy accents on the cupcake top to hold everything in place.  I love this My Favorite Things stamp set, it is called Hello Cupcake.  It was prefec to use with these adorable Doodlebug Cake and Ice Cream papers that I have been hoarding.

Thanks for looking and have a great day.

Creative Scrappers Sketch #198

Hi Everyone:
I love to play along with Creative Scrappers Sketches when I have a chance and I have been wanting to use these adorable papers from My Little Shoebox Destination line.  I used some of the cute parts of the paper, hit them with some glossy accents and then cut them out.  They look so cute popped up.  I also really love My Little Bit of Whimsy button and car pin.

Thanks for looking and have a great day.

Inky Impressions Tropical Breezes with Lili

Happy Tuesday everyone:
I made this card for my DT responsibilities with Inky Impressions and you can buy the stamp that I used here as well as look at all the other cute eye candy that Nicole has.  This stamp is called Lili's Secret.  I made this card also for the anything goes challenge over at Simon Says Stamp challenge blog.

Guess what ladies?  We are so lucky to be sponsored this whole month by The Robin's Nest.  You will be playing along for some great prizes by them.  I used their Palm Tree Rubon to create this card and truly wish that I was there with Lili.  I think she is trying to decide what to do first on her tropical vacation.  Here is the link to all the wonderful goodies they have at The Robin's Nest.  Hope you have a chance to play along.

LCOM Weekly Card Challenge 3/5/12

Here is my take on Rusha's Sketch this week.  I had a lot of fun using Simple Stories Year.O.Graphy papers and was able to use some Washi tape that I bought as well as a Maya Road ruler that I bought a few months ago.  Be sure to check out and play along with the challenge at LCOM.

Here is a close up of that adorable ruler and of course I had to use some of My Little Bit of Whimsy buttons as well.

Thanks for looking and have a great day.  I love this saying and hope it touches you too.
Hugs,
