Trendy Twine Tuesday Challenge

Here is the card that I made for the Trendy Twine Tuesday challenge.  I had to use their twine and include a bunny, the color pink and twine.  I used one of my flower looms to create a two layer flower for this card.  Loving how it came out.  You can check out the challenge here.

4/16/12 CAS-ual Fridays Opposites Attract

Hi Everyone:
Here is my entry for the CAS-ual Fridays Opposites Attract challenge.  I am working hard on simplifying my cards and it is a challenge for me.  I am really excited to see what the new DT shares with us as the weeks move forward.  The challenge is so much fun.  You can check it out here.

4/16/12 Play Date Cafe PDCC 127

Isn't this just the most wonderful color challenge?  I love the inspiration photo.  I took some wonderful Paper Blooms by Kaiser Craft and spritzed them to match my paper.  I am trying to simplify my cards to try something new so this is one along those lines.  Be sure to check out the challenge at The Play Date Cafe because the talent there is amazing, both the DT and the participants.

4/13/12 Wags 'n Whiskers Challenge

Here is my card for the Wags 'n Whiskers challenge.  I used Lili's Stuffed Bunny from Inky Impressions.  I used colored pencils to color her for the first time and am not sure how much I like it.  You can check out the Anything Goes challenge at Wags 'n Whiskers here.

Here is my card for the LCOM sketch challenge for 4/11 which Kimberly Figures designed.  You can find the sketch challenge and DT samples here.  I am also entering this into the My Mind's Eye April Blog Challenge.

4/11/12 Spring Whimsy Projects

Hi Everyone:Every month I really look forward to posting MYBOW projects. I have such fun playing with Stephanie's pins and buttons. I can not get enough. My daughter is a senior in high school so I am slowly scrapping her senior year for her. Around Halloween all the seniors have senior dress up day and she and two friends were blind referees. They all three played field hockey for four years so it was a perfect costume for them. I used one of Stephanie's buttons near the flowers and a bird near the bottom.

This post seems to be mostly about my daughter. She had so many wonderful photos from her senior year that I wanted some way to showcase them. I love how this frame came out and the heart button on the flower and the heart pins work perfectly on this. Sweet Jane Photography of Rhode Island, my good friend Sarah Kristensen took the photos. She is amazing and really captured Colleen.

Here is a card that I made for a contest at BoBunny which I just love. That little birdie makes me so happy. I am going to have to restock on them soon.

Be sure to check out the My Little Bit of Whimsy Store to see what Stephanie has been up to. Thanks for looking.
Hugs,
Anita
