Royal Wednesday Blog Hop 9/30/09

Welcome to our Royal Wednesday Blog Hop with Queen Kat Designs. I have just completed my fifth blog hop and I am just having so much fun with this. Our challenge this week was to alter a frame. I made this for my friend's daughter at college for Halloween. I can't wait to send it off to her. She is such a sweetheart and I hope that she likes it.
