I had the pleasure of working with Oliver Celebrates which is an adorable digital image from Sew Many Cards. You can find him and many other wonderful images here.
Today we are doing our blog hop of all the wonderful DT members creations with this image. I love the little balloon that Oliver his holding. I used the following Copics on him: E27, E37, E49, Y04, B05, B24, YR24.
