This is my last project with this lovely collection from The Hens' Den store and I am sad to see it go.  I might have to see if I can get more.  I was supposed to be scrapping with a dear friend on Cape Cod for our annual trip and had to leave on Friday because I had the stomach bug.  I felt better on Saturday and we got together at my house and I made this card then.  I was so glad to be able to work the post card calendar onto a card.

This is another entry for the Really Reasonable Ribbon flowers and ribbon challenge.  I had fun making a ribbon flower while watching The Voice last night.  Pulled out some vintage Echo Park, last year, lol to create this card for a special little girl.  I am having such fun with the sketches in the Page Maps 3 new book.   You can play along with the challenge here.

Merry Christmas

Here is my entry for the 52 (Christmas) Card Throwdown challenge for this week.  I haven't used this emboss resist technique in a while and it was fun.  You can play along with the challenge here.  These are an awesome group of ladies.  OMG, I had the ribbon out and totally forgot to put it on.  Now it actually goes with the challenge.

Smiling While Gettin' My Flair On

Here is my card for the Flair challenge over at Paper Issues.  Have you hung out there at all?  I just found the site and am having such fun getting to know everyone.  I love this Carta Bella set call Traditions.  You can check out their challenge here.  I used a sketch from my new Cardmaps 3 book.  It's awesome.
I am also submitting it for The Twinery's most recent Banner Challenge.  I used some of their twine on my tag.

 I love this line so much and was able to pick up some extra paper so that I could complete this ten page mini album.  I used my Silhouette and a Lori Whitlock file to complete this book all out of paper.  It looks so lovely and I had so much fun reliving the wonderful trip that we had.
